Another Jury Verdict for Attorney William Buus

William Buus recently obtained a $200,000 jury verdict for a bus transportation company who sued a ticket salesperson for failing to remit proceeds generated from ticket sales to the company.  "The ticket salesperson figured he could just get out of it by claiming it was not his responsibility to calculate what was owed.  If that was the case, who was in a better position to do that?"  The jury found it was, in fact, the ticket salesperson's responsibility to calculate what was owed, and found he owed the bus transportation company $200,000.
